These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop flexxera.ae. Please read them before you order. You can save or print them at any time.
1. Seller and scope
Your contract partner is DANBIA LLC, Limited Liability Company, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trade license no. 2432918.01 (Sharjah Media City – Shams), tax registration number (TRN) 104855191300003, email hello@flexxera.ae (“we”, “us”). FLEXXERA is a brand of DANBIA LLC.
The shop is aimed at consumers in the United Arab Emirates. We sell and deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. Different terms of the customer apply only if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Who can order
To order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of your parent or guardian for this order. At checkout you confirm one of the two. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian may contact us about your order at any time.
If you pay with a payment method that belongs to someone else, you need the permission of its holder.
3. Our products
We sell tennis bracelets of our own brand FLEXXERA set with moissanite. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone. It is not a diamond. The product page describes material, size, stone size and care.
Photos and videos show the product as accurately as possible. Sparkle and color can look slightly different depending on light and screen.
4. How the contract is concluded
The products in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The order process is as follows:
- You choose a product and add it to the cart.
- You go to the checkout and enter your billing and delivery address.
- You choose a payment method.
- You check the order summary, confirm your age or your parent’s permission, and accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- With the button “Place order” you place a binding order and confirm the payment.
Until you click this button you can correct your entries at any time in the cart, at checkout or with your browser’s back button, or cancel the process.
Immediately after your order you receive an order confirmation by email. With this confirmation we accept your order and the contract is concluded. We store your order. You receive the order details and these Terms & Conditions with the order confirmation. If you have a customer account, you can see your orders there.
5. Prices and tax invoice
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5 % value added tax (VAT). Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free. There are no further costs. The VAT amount is shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation.
For every order you receive a tax invoice (“Tax Invoice”) with our tax registration number by email.
6. Payment
Payment is made through our payment provider Stripe by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. The purchase price is due when you place the order and is charged to the chosen payment method. We do not offer payment on invoice, cash on delivery or installments. Details are on our page Payment.
7. Delivery
We deliver only to addresses in the United Arab Emirates: to Dubai on the next business day, to all other emirates within 1 to 2 business days, for orders placed on a business day before 2 pm (UAE time). Details are on our page Shipping & Delivery.
If we cannot deliver within the stated time, we inform you without delay. You can then cancel the order and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by you.
8. Cancellation before dispatch
Until your order has been handed to the courier, you can cancel it free of charge. Write to hello@flexxera.ae with your order number. We refund the full purchase price.
9. Returns within 7 days
You can return an unworn, undamaged bracelet in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact within 7 days of delivery, even if you simply change your mind. You arrange and pay for the return delivery. After we have checked the bracelet, we refund the full purchase price. The details are on our page Returns & Refunds.
10. Defects
If your bracelet is defective, incomplete, damaged in transit, does not match the description or is not the product you ordered, you choose whether we send you a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price. Please send us a photo to hello@flexxera.ae within 30 days of noticing the defect. We bear all costs in these cases.
Your statutory rights under the consumer protection law of the United Arab Emirates remain unaffected.
11. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your right to compensation or any other right that you have under consumer protection law.
12. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint, please write to hello@flexxera.ae or use the contact form, with your order number if you have one. We confirm receipt by email, answer within two business days and keep you informed until the matter is resolved.
You can also contact the competent consumer protection authority in the United Arab Emirates, for example the Ministry of Economy and Tourism.
13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, in particular the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless mandatory law provides for a different court. There is no arbitration.
14. Language versions
These Terms & Conditions are available in English and Arabic. If the versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
15. Changes
We may change these Terms & Conditions for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one valid at the time of your order; you receive it with your order confirmation.
